I was very happy when I was asked to take pictures for some good friends who had recently moved away, and were back in town for a wedding! It was fun to work with Becca and be out at the beach on a beautiful day! It was actually over cast, so the lighting was perfect! No harsh sunlight to create deep shadows! It was great! This session was particularly interesting, because she had a few momentos that she wanted to incorporate into her pictures. A pocket watch, a harmonica, and a picture of her baby sister who passed away very young. I though this was such a beautiful expression of remember family members who have meant so much to her! It was truly a pleasure!

I took a photography class a while ago....
I took a photography class in the continuing education department at PNC with my neighbor a while back and these are some of the shots we had to turn in... It was supposed to be a class on how to use your digital camera, but it was actually lessons on composition, lighting, perspective and so forth... I learned a few things about my camera, but mostly it was a review from high school and college photo classes!

The Black Family
I was asked by my friend, Patty, if I would take pictures of her family during Christmas break, and I told her I don't do well with indoor pictures, but I will try! I think they came out pretty well! We set up some lighting, and moved some furniture, and had a great time getting the kids to smile with a crazy fun face puppet that toots! nice. I had fun anyway!
Lindsay *Senior Pictures*
This photo shoot was really fun! This fun young lady collects rubber duckies and wanted to incorporate them somehow in some of her shots. I think I got some cute poses with her 'friends'! Lindsay was fun to take pictures of, and thanks to her mom we got some great shade away from the harsh sun that day!
